Example Clear Quartz targeting our on crown chakra, may caused wearer insomnia. If frequent nightmares occur, place an Obsidian beside your bed. Do take note that crystals need to take a rest too! So it's best that do not wear any to sleep. 4) Avoid exposure of crystals to funerals, hospitals, graveyards. Especially natural stones like Obsidian, Amethyst, Aquamarine that they fall under the absorbing of negativity category. You can take out and keep in your bag if needed. Other wise purify straight away the moment you reach home. 5) Lastly, always choose crystals that you first lay your eyes on or something that makes you adore and not just blindly choose by the metaphysical properties or value of them.
